Cosmo Village Sports Academy earns another victory

In CDCA-II division match, SNR Sons scored 138 in 40 overs as K.Karthik bowled a sizzling spell of 3 for 34 runs. It was an easy chase for the in-form batsmen of  Cosmo Village Sports Academy. R.Vijayakumar scored 37, R. Hari Prasad and Petson Mathew finished the match in 28 overs and remained unbeaten on 42 N.o and 31 N.o respectively.

PRICOL TROPHY CDCA I DIVISION

Rainbow C. C secured a win over Trust

Sri Ramakrishna Cricket Trust posted a challenging total of 264/6 in 50 overs with solid contributions from K. Ashok Kumar and C. Hari Nishanth who scored 89 and 50 respectively. But it was Aslam Sher Khan and S.M. Sundaresan who stayed not out till the end scoring 73 and 78 respectively for Rainbow pulled off the victory for Rainbow C.C. Rainbow won by 2 wickets in 46.4 overs.

J. Koushik - The Centurion for Jolly Rovers CC

All round extra-ordinary performance from J. Koushik registered a fantastic win for Jolly rovers. He scored 107 runs and took 4 for 32 runs. Jolly rovers cc posted 195 in 49 overs. RKS Kalvi Nilayam ICC replied strongly with useful contributions from B. Dhinesh Kumar and Sunil Kumar who scored 39 & 33 respectively. Finally Koushik and Suresh Kumar.S (3 for 19runs) restricted RKS to 152 in 41.4 overs

Friends CC scored 225 in 27.2 overs with S. Punitha raj and A. Antony samy scoring 78 & 59 respectively. Cosmo Village SA achieved the target in 21 overs with the loss of 3 wickets. R.Hariprasad scored 98 Not out, R.Vijaya Kumar scored 63 and A.Senthil scored 33 for cosmo.

Huzefa Patel -All round performer in Sri Ramakrishna Mills SC's victory over Stanes

Huzefa Patel's contribution with ball and bat enabled a comfortable victory for Mills against Stanes. Stanes were bowled out for 144 in 36.4 overs. Last week's star performer for Stanes, Madhu contributed the most, this week with the bat. He scored 46. But it was Huzefa who took 3 for 34 and scored 79 runs finished the match in their favour. Mills won by 8 wickets
