I am proud to bring a surprising cricketing news from Dindigul. Yes! Please note that someone is nearing the mark of double hundred in ODI.
On 24.02.2013, in the Dindigul District Cricket Association's (Tnca - Ddca) I division league tournament match played at Dindigul, St. Peter's CC, Kodaikkanal beat Sri Vignesh Sports, Dindigul.
- Three brothers scored high in St. Peter's CC victory against Sri Vignesh Sports. Younger brother Mohammed scored 190, Elder brother Rahim scored 155 and the eldest brother Raffik scored unbeaten 28. On the other side Lakshminarayanan and Aashique scored 129 and 72 not out respectively for Vignesh Sports. It was a hard day for bowlers and fielders. But Ananda Kumar managed to scalp 3 wickets for St. Peter's CC.
