On 25.12.2012, in the Coimbatore District Cricket Association's (Tnca - Cdca) IV division league match for Tirupur Textiles Trophy played at Coimbatore, Coimbatore Institute of Technology (C.I.T) beat Vivekananda Seva Trust by 1 wicket.
- On a low scoring match C.I.T pulled off the victory by 1 wicket. Subramania Raja scored 38 not out in the chase. Earlier Divakar and Abdul Ajeesh took 3 wickets each and bundled Vivekananda ST to a low score of 83. It was Ashwin and Senthil who pulled back the game took 4 wickets each for Vivekananda Seva trust went in vain as Subramania Raja led the fight for CIT.
